Commitment,
Having God as the main one in our equation when we decide to commit.
What it takes to be committed:
1. It takes love
2. It takes a cheerful heart
3. It takes rest
4. It takes perseverance
5. It takes a good attitude
6. It takes doing what's right
7. It takes being dependable
8. It takes a gentle spirit
9. It takes discipline
Basically the Fruit of the Spirit
Galatians 5:23
Become involved in a community that leads you to make commitment well.

Small group leaders get connected.
Pastor Thomas
Good memories, maybe illegal...
David wanted to make those around him like him, he would go and siphon gas from his lawnmower into his car, after leaving work early to Eric edpmeone to work!
Friends that drift, everyone has them.
The Judge Debrah - wise chick

Does your life show the other end of it?
Hypocrisy?
Debrah & Barack
Judges 4:8
Quote from Margaret Thatcher
Barack was perfectly fine acknowledging the problem, but he didn't care enough to do something about it.
You usurp responsibility and you will receive no honour.
No one cares about how much you know,
Don't throw Bible darts
The courageous thing is to decide to do life with that person.
Be involved in their lives
"They do not owe me anything"
Pray for them. Celebrate when you can with them. Married - celebrate. Cry with them.
Be with them when they allow you to be with them
Judges 4:14
Find someone safe in your life that you can open up with, that will tell you if you're being affected by the shrapnel of a friends decisions; set healthy boundaries with someone who is outside of that relationship.
God and life have a way of catching up to us
Proverbs 10:9?
Help us to be the catalysts for change in other people's lives, willing to wait for the right time.
That's all for now.
