Hope vs Despair

Puella Magi Madoka Magica.
This is my first viewing of the movies, but I've seen the TV show twice now?
Hope:
Love, friendship, healing, emotional connections. The power of hope is incredible, but that's now why I'm here.
Despair.
Hatred, disillusionment, death, loneliness, sadness, detachment.
Time travel makes every anime better. The hero tries to change fate, trying over and over and over and over and over again to arrive at a different outcome.
The traveler knows. KNOWS, each and every outcome that anyone else could arrive at. They've been down this road, and every road next to it, multiple times.
It sets them apart.
They can't interact with anyone anymore, because they have to continue moving forward; they cannot unload their inner turmoil, there is no rest for them.
One step forward, two steps back.
That is the life if the time traveler at its very core. To overcome each conflict they need to travel further and further into the past to set in motion the Exact events that must align to find victory.
Sayaka gave in to despair.
Mami gave in to despair.
Kyouko didn't stop fighting.
Homura wouldn't give up hope.
And Madoka, she had the largest reservoir of hope of anyone, ever.
Spoilers ahead probably. (Probably before as well...)
"If someone says it's wrong to have hope, then I'll tell them they're wrong, every singe time." - Madoka Kaname
Dang the writers of this show are amazing. The art, combined with everything that the main character setup  for, the plot points, everything man.
"Keep believing in yourselves to the very end."
Yeah I'm just at a loss of words at this point.
If you haven't seen it, please do me the favour. I'm not sure if I can rank any others at 10 anymore. I need a new scale...
That's all for now.
Jk ending quote for Movie 2: Eternal
"Don't forget.
Always, somewhere,
someone is fighting for you.
As long as you remember her, you are not alone."
